It is a rectangular tombstone, with the entire surface of its upper face covered by two sculptural compositions. At the top, under a pointed arch, a blossoming cross with rounded protruding ends on the cross arms is carved, with palm branches rising to the right and left from the base of the cross. Below this, within a separate frame, is a tall vase with a bouquet of seven interlocking irises, crowned by a seven-petaled rosette.
On the narrow face formed by the semi-slanted intersection of the upper and southern faces of the tombstone, the following is engraved: «[Այս] է տ(ա)պ(ա)ն Եղիազարի որդի Հախնազարին, թվ(ին) ՌՃՁ (1731)» ([This] is the tomb of Hakhnazar, son of Eghiazar, year 1731).
